Mo Abdel Hafez
Head of IT Services & Delivery
Mo is an IT delivery and transformation specialist with more than 20 years’ experience leading complex technology programs and helping organisations turn strategy into practical outcomes.
He brings strategy, delivery and assurance together under one accountable model, providing clear direction from early planning through to implementation. His vendor-agnostic, senior-led approach focuses on simplifying complexity, managing risk and ensuring technology investments deliver lasting value.
Prior to joining PTP, Mo held senior delivery roles with leading organisations including Telstra, where he led cross-functional teams and multiple vendors to deliver a major Salesforce transformation.
Ashley West (GAICD)
Strategic Advisor – Geelong
Ash provides executive-level strategic advice to PTP, helping shape how the business supports Geelong organisations with their technology, transformation and delivery priorities.
His career spans executive leadership roles across WorkSafe Victoria, Transport Accident Commission and Telstra, including serving as WorkSafe’s Interim CEO, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer.
Deeply connected to the Djilang region, including through his role as Chair of AFL Barwon, Ash brings a strong understanding of Geelong’s organisations, communities and evolving needs to his work with PTP.
