About Me

I am originally from the United Kingdom and grew up in the countryside with rolling hills and not much sunshine! I’m a mother of 3, partner of 1 who is optimistic by nature and technology obsessed. My career has been defined by working alongside and for extraordinary leaders within a broad range of industries and sectors. I firmly believe in the principle of “you can’t be what you can’t see” and therefore champion people like me (hard working, career driven women who also happen to have a young family) and I am excited to be given such a pivotal role here at PTP.

My Role at PTP

I manage executive processes and programs of work, leading projects and associated workflow in line with the PTP strategic plan. I am ultimately responsible in getting the boat to row not only faster but also more productively. This means I am required to identify efficiencies and problem solve so PTP can run effectively and be laser focused on its goals and targets. The role requires me to be highly tactical, organised and leverage my key skills within communication specifically with managing a broad range of stakeholders (both internal and external). I truly thrive when I’m making and developing deep and meaningful relationships and I feel so fortunate to experience this every day at PTP as part of a small but growing and ambitious team.

My perfect day away from the office

My perfect day starts early around 5:45am so I can see the sun rising and take my beloved dog, Mia out for a long walk. I am hopefully close to a beach so I can watch her paddle in the waves and the sand is warm enough for me to take my shoes off and feel my feet sinking. I then grab myself a coffee (decaf, one sugar and almond milk, no judgement please) and a strong flat white for my husband and I return to an amazing beach house where a veritable feast is laid out for breakfast. I then have one of those days with my family where everything just evolves seamlessly – the bikes all work when we head out for a ride; the weather is warm (but not too hot); we relax on the beach and everyone gets enough chips and sauce. To top it all off my parents arrive as a surprise along with my brother and his family from the UK and we end the day with several delicious bottles of chardonnay (Leeuwin Estate 2018 if it is perfect day) as the sun sets and the kids all play in the foreshore. I go to bed with a true feeling of contentment and exhaustion in equal measure – just perfect.

When there is trust, conflict becomes nothing but the pursuit of truth, an attempt to find the best possible answer.
