Our mission is underpinned by our core values which we call our 1%ers. These are the driving forces in everything we do.
Our 1%ers
PTP has created its values which promote a progressive company culture and a guide on how we interact and operate. We call these our 1%ers as they are the small differences that have a big impact on the way we operate and measure success.These 1%ers were originally developed in the 1990’s by our Chair Ian Foote and have been revised for the modern-day world.
